• Proven sales and new business development track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a business plan to acquire, retain and expand relationships.
• Mentor and coach a team of 4-10 bankers; balance producer and coach roles.
• Monitor portfolio for credit quality and regulatory compliance.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Lead call programs and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
