Job summary

Northwest Bank in Indiana seeks a C&I Commercial Relationship Manager III to act as a trusted business advisor and deliver a full range of banking solutions for client objectives. You will manage a diverse portfolio, build relationships with COIs, and collaborate with product partners to cross-sell services while maintaining risk controls.

Ideal candidates will drive new business, present loan recommendations, and coordinate with Portfolio Management on renewals and reviews.

Qualifications

• Develop and expand commercial banking relationships with clients.
• Prospect actively and bring in new relationships to Northwest.
• Analyze financial statements to assess risk and performance.
• Collaborate with product partners for cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an ongoing prospect list and calling schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing commercial banking relationships.
• Prospect actively and successfully bring in new relationships to Northwest.
• Engage with product partners to discuss cross selling opportunities and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed budget goals as assigned regionally.
• Participate in community and professional networking events.
• Establish and maintain COI relationships and prospect lists.
• Manage a commercial loan portfolio and present loan recommendations.
• Ensure timely reviews and renewals with Portfolio Management.
• Provide treasury management and related services to clients.
• Ensure compliance with Northwest policies and regulations.
• Navigate Microsoft Office and department-specific software to gain efficiency.
• Work as part of a team and handle special projects as assigned.
