Northwest Bank is seeking a C & I Commercial Relationship Manager III in Indiana to serve as a trusted business advisor, delivering a full breadth of banking solutions and building a network of referral sources and COIs.

You will manage a portfolio, drive cross-sell opportunities with product partners, meet budget goals, and collaborate with credit and portfolio management to ensure risk and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in business/finance.
• 6–8 years of account relationship management experience preferred.
• Experience delivering strong sales performance in commercial banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing commercial banking relationships.
• Prospect actively to bring in new relationships to Northwest.
• Collaborate with product partners for cross-selling opportunities and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed budget goals as assigned.
• Partner with credit and portfolio management for timely reviews and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with Northwest policies and regulatory requirements.
