Qualifications

• 6-8 years account relationship management experience preferred.
• 6-8 years experience consistently delivering strong sales performance preferred.
• Experience in commercial banking and risk management is favored.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand commercial banking relationships.
• Prospect actively and bring in new relationships to Northwest.
• Engage with product partners to discuss cross selling opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed budget goals as assigned.
• Navigate with Portfolio Management for annual reviews and renewals.
• Analyze financial statements and credit materials to assess risk.
