Amegy Bank in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join its Commercial Team. The role focuses on identifying lending opportunities, soliciting new business, and developing all types of commercial loans while helping shape loan objectives and practices.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience, strong underwriting, sales, and relationship management skills, and solid knowledge of the local market. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• Formal credit training is preferred.
• Strong underwriting skills and ability to structure loans.
• Local business and market knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must have strong sales, client product and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, low risk commercial relationships while maintaining quality customer service.
• Act as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and servicing a portfolio of clients.
• Develop and follow up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments.
• Call on existing relationships to review portfolios and make recommendations as needed.
• Responsible for sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing and perceptive character judgment.
• Cross-sell other bank products.
• Other duties as assigned.
