Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years established business development skills with extensive knowledge of bank products.
• Proven outstanding credit skills, analytical skills and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Trusted Financial Advisor and Business Partner to clients, and functions as the Commercial Banking client expert and the primary contact for most client related matters.
• Drives growth by understanding client business/industry; analyzes data and client needs.
• Educates clients on Key's capabilities (cash management, derivatives, equipment finance, etc.).
• Maintains active prospecting effort and develops COI referrals.
• Assembles cross-functional teams to respond to client requests and identify cross-sell opportunities.
