Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to grow relationships with small-to-medium sized businesses with up to $10 million in annual revenues, delivering customized financial solutions including lending, deposits, and non-credit products.

You will lead end-to-end relationship management, from sourcing and evaluating client opportunities to structuring loans and monitoring portfolio performance, while collaborating with credit, operations, portfolio managers, and product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of new business development experience and direct sourcing and prospecting new clients.
• 5+ years of business lending experience with proven relationship management and production.
• Experience with CRM systems to manage sales pipeline.
• Strong knowledge of business lending, consumer lending, and deposit products.
• Credit experience including loan structuring and financial statement analysis.
• Knowledge of Regulations applicable to this position (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act / AML).

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via referrals and networks.
• Meet with clients to assess financial needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Prospect new relationships and cross-sell bank services.
• Perform financial analysis to assess creditworthiness.
• Develop loan structures and repayment schedules with collateral.
• Negotiate loan terms compliant with policies.
• Manage an active loan portfolio and ensure compliance.
• Conduct portfolio reviews to identify risks and early warning signs.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams to deliver solutions.
• Mentor junior relationship managers and train new staff.
