Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3–10 years in commercial banking.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Ability to structure complex credit and banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client portfolios through proactive engagement.
• Provide expert financial advice on credit, deposits, and banking solutions.
• Lead client conversations with advanced credit knowledge.
• Collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management, and specialty banking teams.
• Work with relationship teams on loan structuring, pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Drive growth in deposits, loans, and fee income while meeting sales goals.
• Build community presence to generate referrals.
• Stay informed on market trends and monitor portfolio risks.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance and complete required training.
• Act as a peer mentor and promote a collaborative culture.
