Job summary

You will promote deposit accounts, loans, and referrals, guide clients through openings and applications, and deliver personalized advice while ensuring compliance with policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 5+ years of relevant banking or client advisory experience.
• Background checks and licensing compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients in financial discussions, promoting deposit accounts, loans, and referrals to other banking lines.
• Identify client needs, guide them through banking products, and assist with account openings and loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ short- and long-term goals.
• Make referrals to bank partners for additional products and services.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored solutions.
• Support sales culture by coaching colleagues on sales and product knowledge.
• Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues promptly, and support efficient banking operations.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk management procedures.
• Assist in training staff, supporting operational duties, and maintaining audit controls.
