Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Commercial Portfolio Manager to partner with Relationship Managers in providing credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management for commercial and corporate borrowers. You will lead loan structuring, origination, servicing, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires independent work with guidance from team members, mentoring junior staff, and collaboration to develop lending proposals, assess risk, and maintain portfolio

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial underwriting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan analysis, risk assessment, client relationships and portfolio quality.
• Understand risk grading and credit appetite to support complex client needs.
• Develop lending proposals with Relationship Managers and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Oversee due diligence, documentation and portfolio development, including loan structuring, origination, servicing and risk mitigation.
