Qualifications

• Possess in-depth knowledge of commercial lending, including the ability to evaluate cash flow and collateral.
• Advanced financial analysis, strong credit underwriting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Thorough understanding of loan laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business banking relationships in an assigned market.
• Lead efforts to achieve deposit and loan growth and referrals.
• Analyze credit risks and prepare credit packages for review by partners.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to ensure quality referrals and relationship management.
• Represent the Bank in the community and participate in local organizations.
• Meet production and performance goals and ensure compliance with policies.
