Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience in commercial lending and business development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong credit analysis and financial assessment skills.
• Knowledge of loan laws and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business banking relationships in the assigned area.
• Achieve deposit, loan and referral sales targets through networking with existing customers and prospects.
• Interview loan applicants and process loan requests.
• Partner with the Branch Manager to foster quality referrals and relationship management.
• Represent the Bank in the community and serve as an officer with at least one community organization.
