• Advanced financial analysis, strong credit underwriting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Thorough understanding of loan laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business banking relationships in assigned area with focus on loan production and deposit growth.
• Analyze loan applications, financial statements, and base credit decisions on Bank Loan Policy.
• Ensure ongoing credit quality by monitoring loans and managing past dues and watchlist loans.
• Partner with Branch Manager to ensure quality relationship building and referrals.
• Represent the Bank in the community and serve as an officer with at least one community organization.
