Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial, financial, or data analysis, including delivery of recurring management reporting.
• Strong data structuring capability to organize, model, and standardize fragmented data.
• Demonstrated analytical prowess with hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Strong data visualization with Power BI and Excel for executive dashboards.
• Strong communication and systems-thinking; fluent English.
• Ability to travel (less than 10%)

Responsibilities

• Own recurring monthly commercial performance reporting across volume, revenue, EBITDA, pricing, and customer themes.
• Translate reporting outputs into executive-ready narratives; move from pull reporting to a governed monthly push-insight cadence.
• Complete ad hoc analyses to support negotiations, renewals, pricing, and strategic decisions.
• Design and maintain a standard benchmarking framework comparing performance across terminals, customers, carriers, and key metrics.
• Build and maintain the commercial reporting catalog and Power BI inventory, establishing ownership and standards.
• Develop and advance enterprise self-service analytics roadmap with standardized dashboards and visualization.
• Define and document critical commercial data elements; centralize data for a single source of truth.
• Support data quality and requirements for CRM and enterprise reporting; participate in governance forums.
• Own the Commercial Data Journey and drive the maturity path toward enterprise analytics.
• Mentor intern and junior analytical talent and lead cross-functional collaboration.
