Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in B2B sales or a high-school diploma with 9 years of relevant experience, plus strong CRM usage and multi-decision-maker selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years outside B2B sales.
• High School diploma plus 9 years outside B2B sales.
• Experience selling consultative solutions with multiple decision-makers.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms to manage pipeline activity and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales objectives and generate opportunities.
• Establish trusted relationships with business owners, executives, property managers, and other decision-makers.
• Design proposals and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts in CRM; collaborate with operations and leadership.
