Job summary
Crash Champions is seeking aSenior Operations Leader to oversee shop throughput at our Frederick, MD location. You will manage front and back of shop, assign work to Body Technicians, and ensure timely delivery while upholding Crash Champions and I-Car quality standards.
The role requires leadership, strong collaboration, and proven ability to meet deadlines with accurate estimates. Competitive benefits and performance-based bonuses are offered.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of collision industry and insurance procedures.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate to meet objectives.
- Proficient in estimating software CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs while managing front and back of shop.
- Assign repair jobs to technicians and prioritize teardown or paint.
- Support teammates during peak times with check-in, vehicle intake, and estimates.
- Monitor production to ensure quality and accurate billing per standards.
- Oversee payroll and staffing, including punch-in/out and PTO.
- Coordinate daily production flow with team to meet delivery requirements.
- Prepare DRP estimates after disassembly and update final estimates.
- Hire and develop teammates with coaching and growth opportunities.
