Crash Champions is a fast-growing collision repair brand with 650+ locations across 38 states. The shop leader will oversee front and back-office operations, ensuring throughput, quality, and profitability while coordinating with technicians and estimators.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry and insurer procedures.
• Aptitude for decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and collaborate to meet objectives.
• Proficient with estimating software and basic tech.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs, manage intake to delivery.
• Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize by teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times and assist with estimates.
• Meet production goals and ensure quality and accurate billing.
• Handle payroll and staffing, PTO, and leave tracking.
• Coordinate daily production flow with technicians and estimators.
• Prepare DRP-complete estimates after damage discovery.
• Recruit and coach teammates for progression and development.
