Job summary

Crash Champions in Virginia Beach, USA, is seeking a Location Production Manager to oversee the front and back of shop, drive throughput from intake to delivery, and ensure KPI attainment. You will assign repairs to Body Technicians and support teammates during peak times to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry including insurance procedures and carrier requirements.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop from intake to delivery to ensure throughput and quality.
• Labor assignment and production management; assign repairs and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Teammate support; assist during peak times with check-ins and estimates.
• Monitor production and ensure alignment with quality standards; accurate billing and PPE safety.
• Handle payroll and staffing, manage PTO and leave; ensure payroll accuracy.
• Manage daily production flow by coordinating with Body Technicians, Estimator, and Parts Managers.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after full disassembly and damage discovery; update estimates as needed.
