Job summary

Crash Champions seeks a skilled Production Manager to lead front- and back-of-house operations at our Illinois shop. You will drive throughput, quality and efficiency while meeting KPIs and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include labor assignment, coordinating technicians, estimates, payroll, and staffing, plus coaching teammates for growth in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• Collision industry knowledge including insurance procedures.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage shop flow and throughput.
• Labor assignment and production management for technicians.
• Support teammates during peak times by handling intake and estimates.
• Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-Car quality standards; accurate billing.
• Manage payroll, staffing, PTO and leave; ensure proper punch-in/out.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator and Parts Managers.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after damage discovery and lock final estimates.
• Recruit and coach teammates for performance and growth.
