Qualifications

• Appraisal license is required.
• 3-5 years of auto physical damage appraisal experience.
• Collision center experience and familiarity with field adjusters/insurance.
• CCC Pathways and electronic appraisal formats knowledge.
• I-CAR certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-lingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze damage and determine repair costs.
• Estimate parts and labor costs using manuals and knowledge.
• Review with team and finalize damage assessment.
• Prepare insurance forms detailing estimates and recommendations.
• Communicate with colleagues, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth service.
