Job summary

Qualifications

• Appraisal license is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in auto physical damage appraisals.
• CCC Pathways and/or other electronic appraisal formats are required.
• I-CAR certification preferred, but not required.
• Bi-lingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze damage and assess impact on body, structure, and systems.
• Estimate repairs using manuals and knowledge of parts and labor costs.
• Review repair costs with team and finalize damage assessment.
• Prepare insurance forms detailing repair cost estimates and recommendations.
• Communicate with colleagues, customers, and vendors to ensure a smooth process.
