Balise Motor Sales in Warwick, RI is seeking a Customer Support Representative and Intern Appraiser to join our collision repair team. The role involves coordinating repair needs, communicating with customers, insurance appraisers, and shop staff to ensure timely updates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle repair practices.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to interpret work scope from vehicle estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work within house & outside Insurance Appraisers.
• Coordinate repair needs for Collision associates.
• Update appropriate customer and staff with repair status of vehicles.
• Daily interaction with customers, appraiser, technicians and managers.
• Communicate processes to vehicle repair in a timely and effective manner to all customers.
• Contact appropriate parties for delivery needs.
• Track production schedule for vehicles and communicate those targets with customers and collision center associates.
• Maintain continual industry education to keep up with changes in repair requirements and product knowledge.
• Transport cars around the shop, as well as offsite at vendor locations.
