Job summary

BALISE AUTO SALES INC in Warwick, RI seeks a Full Time Customer Support Rep. & Intern Appraiser. You will communicate with insurance appraisers, coordinate repairs, update clients on vehicle status, and interact daily with customers and staff to ensure smooth repair processes.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic software skills (Word/Excel), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to interpret vehicle estimates and work orders. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to interpret work scope from vehicle estimates and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with in-house and external Insurance Appraisers.
• Coordinate repair needs for collision associates.
• Update customers and staff on repair status of vehicles.
• Interact daily with customers, appraisers, technicians and managers.
• Explain repair processes to customers in a timely manner.
• Arrange delivery needs with relevant parties.
• Track production schedules and inform customers and center staff.
• Maintain knowledge of repair requirements and product knowledge.
• Transport cars around the shop and offsite at vendor locations.
