Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the center.
• Manage risk, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates.
• Monitor current financial performance metrics and review prior month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOP and guidelines.
