Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager in Savannah East to lead center operations, drive safety and profitability, and ensure top-tier repair quality. You will monitor financial metrics, recruit and develop talent, and uphold SOPs with insurance partners and industry standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of collision processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the collision center.
• Manage risk, production, and administration to drive profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain skilled teammates; monitor metrics and trends.
