What You'll Do

As a Senior College Counselor, you will:

• Lead students and families through the full college application journey, from 8th grade planning to final submission
• Design individualized application strategies based on student goals, academic strengths, and extracurricular potential
• Support students in crafting authentic, compelling personal essays
• Guide passion project development, including research, entrepreneurship, and community initiatives
• Provide ongoing family communication, keeping everyone aligned and confident in the process
• Collaborate closely with internal mentors, editors, and program leaders to deliver a seamless, white-glove experience
• Work with a select caseload of high-achieving students aiming for the Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, and other ultra-competitive universities

What We’re Looking For

• Graduated from a Top 25 U.S. university
• 2–3+ years of 1:1 college admissions consulting (40+ students, top university outcomes preferred)
• Former admissions officer experience is a strong plus
• Deep knowledge of U.S. admissions trends, summer programs, test strategies, and selective school expectations
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong EQ and communication ability, able to coach and collaborate with both teens and parents
• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple students with grace
