Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex customer portfolios and dispute resolution processes.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop collections staff with regular performance reviews.
• Direct daily collection activities to maximize cash and reduce aged receivables.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Oversee escalation, disputes, short payments, and billing discrepancies.
• Support ERP enhancements and process documentation.
