Job summary

FORT POINT LLC is seeking a Collections Supervisor to lead Accounts Receivable activities and elevate customer service. The role focuses on evaluating collections policies, processing past-due accounts, and supporting senior leadership with AR reporting.

The candidate will manage disputes, coordinate with sales and customer service, and train new associates while assisting the manager on special projects. A supervisory background in collections is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar.
• At least 5 years of collections experience with 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong analytical skills.
• SAP/WMS/ERP experience or similar ERP experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Review credit collections reports and evaluate effectiveness of current collections policies and procedures.

• Manage the hold process for customer accounts.
• Research and manage dispute resolution processes by working with sales, customer service and customers.
