Qualifications

• The role requires 7+ years of leadership experience in collections or related operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities including data-driven decision making and reporting.
• Ability to drive strategy, optimization, and performance across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance of late-stage delinquency portfolios.
• Lead liquidation, recovery, and collection effectiveness initiatives.
• Balance productivity with customer outcomes and compliance requirements.
• Set operational priorities based on performance trends.
• Lead multiple collections teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Guide change initiatives and evaluate impact with metrics.
• Partner with analytics, strategy, and operations to improve portfolio results.
