Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent.
• Ten+ years related experience and/or training.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the teams assigned to Collections and Recovery; set goals and coach.
• Balance effective collection strategies with exceptional member service.
• Oversee annual budget for Collections and Recovery, plus trend analysis.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal collection regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships (Temenos, attorneys, third parties).
• Oversee real estate assets, OREO process, and foreclosures when applicable.
