You will design, launch, and optimize strategies across email, SMS, dialing, and digital self-service to boost liquidation and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer finance or lending.
• 5+ years specializing in consumer debt collections and collections strategy.
• Experience improving recovery metrics through channel optimization and segmentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA).

Responsibilities

• Own strategy end-to-end from opportunity identification to design, testing, launch and optimization.
• Design multi-channel treatments across email, SMS, dialing, and digital self-service channels.
• Translate strategy into actionable requirements for Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Collaborate across Data Science, Client Management, Contact Center Operations, Product, Legal and Compliance to move initiatives into production.
• Monitor delivery, engagement, payment conversion, and plan break rates to improve client scorecard performance.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate hypothesis development, research, and strategy design with repeatable testing frameworks.
