C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join our Robinson Fresh Financial Operations team.

In this role you’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, resolve aging invoices, and collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain cash flow. You will develop expertise in collections processes and provide coaching to less experienced teammates, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the unit.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience.
• Experience resolving aging invoices and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Arrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities.
• Recover aging invoices using advanced processes and systems.
• Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and achieve targets.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement based on patterns and big-picture thinking.
• Develop professional relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring timely service.
• Support coaching and development of less experienced colleagues.
