Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional to manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, perform dispute research, and develop payment plans with customers to preserve relationships. You will collaborate with the Service Leader for designated accounts, prepare AR balances, and present findings to stakeholders while maintaining a customer‑focused approach.

Strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 2–4 years of experience are preferred; anticipated hourly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building trusted relationships with customers and internal business partners.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts for a single point of contact approach.
• Responsible for preparing and reporting open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts
• Work cross-functionally with all levels within the organization both internally and externally.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, communicating effectively with stakeholders and engaging participants.
