Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Collections professional to manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, conduct dispute research, and develop payment plans with customers while maintaining trusted relationships with internal partners.

You will work with designated service leaders, prepare and report AR balances, and collaborate across the organization to resolve issues and support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building trusted relationships with customers and internal business partners.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts for a single point of contact approach.
• Responsible for preparing and reporting open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts
• Work cross-functionally with all levels within the organization both internally and externally.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, communicating effectively with stakeholders and engaging participants.
• Support customer needs by maintaining a customer-focused approach and identifying root causes of issues.
