Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage collections of outstanding accounts receivable for designated accounts. The role involves dispute research, developing payment plans, and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.

You will collaborate with the Service Leader and prepare/open AR balances reports, while engaging with stakeholders across the organization to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building trusted relationships with customers and internal business partners.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts for a single point of contact approach.
• Responsible for preparing and reporting open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts
• Work cross-functionally with all levels within the organization both internally and externally.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, communicating effectively with stakeholders and engaging participants.
• Support customer needs by maintaining a customer-focused approach and identifying root causes of issues.
