Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Senior Collaboration Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate Zoom Workplace and Microsoft 365 for a global workforce.

You will partner with platform engineering, identity, and AI teams to improve reliability, governance, and automation across enterprise collaboration services. The role requires 7+ years in enterprise collaboration or UC, 3+ years Zoom admin experience, strong identity and scripting skills, and a passion for scalable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise collaboration, UC, or real-time comms.
• 3+ years administering Zoom Workplace in an enterprise.
• Experience with Zoom licensing, policy controls, reporting, and governance.
• Experience with identity management: Entra ID/AD, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, MFA.
• Windows/macOS/VDI support experience.
• Scripting, APIs, automation platforms, or workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer Zoom and Microsoft 365 platforms across the global organization.
• Collaborate on architecture, roadmaps, and engineering practices for collaboration services.
• Build automation for deployment, configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and workflows.
• Integrate services with Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, and other enterprise platforms.
• Participate in planned maintenance and on-call rotation.
