Heartland Business Systems LLC seeks a Senior Collaboration Engineer to develop, implement, and support collaboration services for consulting clients. You will build customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and craft specifications to reach optimal solutions.

You will lead cross-team delivery, research new collaboration products, maintain configurations, and stay current on certifications. The role emphasizes senior support, documentation, and achieving billable hour goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications.
• CCNP or equivalent level certifications.
• Experience designing and architecting Collaboration based solutions.
• Installing and supporting Collaboration solutions.
• Strong VoIP troubleshooting skills.
• Experience deploying VoIP Protocols – SIP, H323, MGCP, QoS, G711/G729.
• Maintain an outcome focused mindset.
• Have strong prioritization skills.
• Always be a team player.
• Carry a professional attitude and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute as part of the HBS collaboration team to support accounts.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely scope.
• Research new products, enhance configuration standards, educate team members.
• Provide senior level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks.
• Maintain a positive team atmosphere across regional and virtual practices.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of past projects for time estimates and scopes.
• Maintain vendor/industry certifications and stay current on products.
• Meet annual billable hour goal.
