Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking an IS - Developer III to join the Core Commercial Systems team, supporting critical healthcare claims processing applications. You will design, modify COBOL programs, JCL processes, DB2 queries, and CICS transactions to implement new functionality and resolve production issues.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field, 4 years of applicable experience, and willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; degree equivalency allows 4 years of job-related work experience.
• 4 years of work experience in application development, systems testing or related area.
• On-call rotation after onboarding, with approx. one week of coverage every 8-12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design/implement solutions.
• Create/modify COBOL programs, JCL processes, DB2 queries and CICS transactions to support healthcare claims processing.
