TALENT Software Services is seeking a Developer III for Core Commercial Systems, supporting mission-critical healthcare claims processing. The role focuses on COBOL batch/online development, JCL, DB2, and CICS with on-call responsibilities and partial onsite requirements.

The candidate will analyze requirements, implement solutions, and support production systems to meet business needs in a 40-hour week schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 4 years of job-related work experience OR 2 years with an associate's degree in related field.
• 4 years of application development, systems testing or related experience.
• Must be able to meet credit check and no-subcontractor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design solutions for healthcare claims processing.
• Create and modify COBOL programs, JCL processes, DB2 queries and CICS transactions.
• Resolve production issues and support ongoing business initiatives.
• Support on-call rotation and occasional overtime as needed.
