Job summary

Lowes Foods in Concord, NC is seeking a Senior Co-Manager to help run the store with a focus on profitable operations, people leadership, and in-store sales growth. You will support the store manager in merchandising execution, staffing, and daily performance.

You will develop talent, monitor guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards while driving budgeted results and a positive, selling culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years progressive supermarket management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with in-store merchandising and weekly sales plans.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in implementing sales-building culture through merchandising programs and weekly sales plans.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and front-end efficiency with courteous service.
• Achieve budgeted financial results and manage store expenses and wage percent.
• Staff forecasting, recruitment, training, and development of hi-potential employees.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide effective communication with store manager, field merchandisers, and hosts.
