Responsibilities

• Assists the store manager in implementing an in-store sales-building culture to drive growth.
• Ensures guest satisfaction, courtesy and service with emphasis on front-end fast service.
• Aids in achieving budgeted financial results for the assigned area and total store results.
• Protects assets: merchandise, cash, facilities and equipment; performs weekly audits and shrink functions.
• Manages inventory with shrink targets and contributes to controlled wage costs.
• Develops staffing plans, forecasts needs, recruits and trains team members; builds a bench for growth.
