Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of CNC Machining and Wire EDM experience.
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes and Wire EDM machines.
• Proficiency with G-Code programming and editing.
• Experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes and Wire EDM machines.
• Program, edit, and troubleshoot G-Code at machine controls.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to verify tolerances.
• Perform in-process and final inspections and document results.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot performance issues.
