Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on experience, strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills, and proficiency with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls. This on-site role requires strict quality and safety standards in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years CNC Machining and Wire EDM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with CNC mills, lathes and Wire EDM machines.
• Proficiency with G-Code programming and editing.
• Experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls required.
• Solid understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDM machines.
• Perform tooling setup, workpiece alignment, and machine calibration.
• Program, edit, and troubleshoot G-Code programs directly at machine controls.
• Modify machine programs to improve machining efficiency and part accuracy.
• Work with Fanuc and Mitsubishi control systems.
• Interpret complex blueprints, GD&T drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Verify dimensional accuracy using micrometers, calipers, gauges.
