Job summary

Rev-Tech Manufacturing Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to program CNC mills and lathes, verify tool paths, and design fixtures for complex parts. You will work from blueprints, GD&T, and customer specs to optimize production methods and tooling.

The role requires a minimum of five years of CNC programming experience, proficiency with Inventor or CAD/CAM software, and strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Proficient in Inventor or CAD/CAM systems.
• Proficient in Mastercam.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, specs, and docs to determine tooling and fixtures.
• Consolidate costs to create detailed quote packages.
• Plan parts to meet customer requests and schedules.
• Program CNC mills and lathes; create setup sheets and tools.
• Request new cutting tools as needed to finish parts.
• Program and run CNCs using Mastercam X5 and ProCam.
