Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Mastercam proficiency; multi-axis experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and CAD models.
• Experience selecting tooling and developing efficient machining strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for vertical and horizontal milling machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and specs to create accurate toolpaths.
• Select tooling, cutting strategies, and parameters to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Set up and prove out new programs on the shop floor, troubleshoot and refine as needed.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes and maintain tight tolerances.
• Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and revisions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
