Job summary

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. seeks an experienced CNC Programmer in Akron, OH to create and optimize multi-axis programs for mills and lathes using MasterCAM and G&M codes. You will develop efficient strategies to shorten cycles, select tooling, and produce setup sheets for precise production with ISO compliance.

You will test and refine programs, troubleshoot issues on the shop floor, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• 3+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software and GD&T interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Create, test, and refine multi-axis CNC programs for mills and lathes using MasterCAM and G&M codes.
• Develop efficient machining strategies to reduce cycle times and tooling costs while improving part quality.
• Specify tools, fixtures, and materials tailored to job requirements and ensure proper setup on the shop floor.
• Troubleshoot machine setups, tool wear, and program errors to minimize downtime.
• Produce setup sheets, tool lists, and SOPs for machinists; support QA with measuring technologies and ISO compliance.
• Support continuous shop floor improvement by adopting new measurement tools and software.
