Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is seeking an experienced CNC programmer to write solid Mastercam programs and optimize tooling for high-precision parts. You will troubleshoot programs, design fixtures, and plan efficient setups to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in CNC programming (job shop, prototype, or aerospace) and strong Mastercam skills, plus experience in workholding, tool design, and process documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CNC programming experience— job shop, prototype, or aerospace.
• MasterCAM software skills (2018-current, Interface navigation, geometry and toolpath creation, Simulation & post process understanding)
• Workholding and tool design experience.
• Machining process creation and documentation.
• Familiarization with inspection processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Write solid CNC programs using Mastercam with spot-on tooling.
• Troubleshoot and refine programs and processes like a champ.
• Design and spec out tools and fixturing for the win.
• Plan setups that keep every operation smooth.
• Team up with our Quality Engineer to nail inspections and tweak as needed.
