Job summary

ARCH Global Holdings seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production methods, develop and troubleshoot CNC programs using MasterCAM or Part Maker, and collaborate with customers and vendors. The role emphasizes metrology, SPC, and continuous improvement in a machine shop environment.

The candidate will analyze specifications, design tooling, and lead manufacturing method enhancements to improve yields, costs, and safety while coordinating with engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of process engineering experience in a machine shop or 10+ years in programming/engineering.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Knowledge of metrology, SPC, and process capability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications to determine manufacturing methods using existing processes.
• Create, implement, and troubleshoot CNC programs with MasterCAM or Part Maker.
• Assess feasibility of new tooling or equipment considering cost and time.
• Provide technical information on manufacturing techniques, materials, and processes.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors; prepare documentation for machinists.
• Oversee prototype production and coordinate with professionals to meet specs.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to reduce downtime and costs.
• Develop and update process procedures; ensure documentation accuracy and reliability.
