Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in CNC machining.
- Strong CNC programming and machining operations background.
- Lean / continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Process parts from schematics and provided quotes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations.
- Optimize CNC processes, tooling, cycle times, and production flow.
- Support new product launches and manufacturing readiness.
- Analyze production data to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Develop work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
- Evaluate new equipment, automation, and machining technologies.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
