Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in CNC machining.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and GD&T.
• Experience with APQP/core quality tools and Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize machining/manufacturing processes.
• Lead and support new program launches.
• Develop and maintain FMEA and Control Plans.
• Troubleshoot production and process-related issues.
• Coordinate with tooling, quality, suppliers, and operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives.
• Assist with process documentation and production planning.
